What you’ll need:
- 1 cup sugar
- 2tbs sweet almond oil
- 1tsp vitamin E oil
- 4 drops peppermint essential oil
- pure liquid castile soap

Directions:
- In medium glass bowl pour measured sugar.
Add drops of peppermint essential oil to sugar and whisk together. - Add sweet almond oil and vitamin E oil to sugar mixture and use a spoon to blend well.
- Add the liquid castile soap about a tablespoon at a time until it reaches your personal desired constitency. *This is totally your preference! Some people like their scrubs dry while others like it more liquidy.
